I remember reading 'The Vandaks before, 'I had never read 'Monster in the Muck' or 'The Night of the Laughing Wolf' before, all the stories, even the one pager, were great. I liked the last two panels of Laughing Wolf, keeping the lights off to keep from being seen was clever of the Werewolf. In what other story does one find a clever werewolf, or one that smokes?

Yeah that was an interesting touch on that lat story A lot of Charlton horror was reprinted in the 80's books but there are still many gems left to post.
ReplyDeleteIt's too bad I wasn't buying Charlton's around these year (1972-1974 ). I missed out on a lot of good stuff.
