Wow, that's pretty artsy-fartsy, almost Bernie Krigstein-esque rendering. But I one hundred percent mean that in a good way. It's also one hundred percent appropriate for the goings-on of the story. I can only assume kids at the time hated it, the guttersnipe (little joke, the epithet... to each their own & all).
ReplyDeleteRic Estrada really changed his style in the 60's and 70's. His 50's work was very tight. I like this a lot though
