It's got nice, on-model art with solid story-telling, but the fight scene's too short and the plane ALWAYS turned into a flaming phoenix, didn't it? This story is kinda Hana-Barbera-ish in a way, not that that's so terrible in & of itself.
ReplyDeleteI always liked Win Mortimer's art. A good professional artist. Maybe not the perfect art for the book but a good storyteller. It does look like Hanna-Barbera animation..maybe thats why I like it.
